Based on research that highlights the need for leadership among Black and Latinx women, TrueRose Inc. uses the power of representation to empower and inspire young women to jump into the professional world equipped and ready to lead!

To remedy the impact of economic and societal factors as well as racial and gender barriers, TrueRose Inc. is established to provide mentorship, counseling, life-coaching, leadership development, home economics, shelter, and the power of representation to impact the lives of Black and Latinx young women.
